After their first 6 months with an agency, Ôtentik entrusted us with the deployment of their marketing strategy based on 3 main points:
– Develop brand awareness among an audience of Afro-descendants;
– Increase online sales via their website or other platforms;
– Provide a clear message to their MLM (Multi Level Marketing) and direct customers.

OSEO Marketing began by building up its own knowledge of the customer, its brand, its products, its market, its competitors and its internal structure.
We then presented what is certainly the largest strategic recommendation ever made by our strategists, running to 250 pages.
We studied the competition, their websites and their social networks.
We studied the Ôtentik Products brand and its language.
We analyzed their website, its traffic and its campaign history on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Finally, we came up with a strategy that met the customer’s needs and objectives, and even went beyond them, as we also took on the challenge of offering off-line solutions.
Based on this new strategy, we began by reviewing the storytelling and language elements that would shape the rest of the brand’s communications.
We then optimized the website both technically and graphically, and rewrote the texts for better search engine optimization.
